Cause and Effect Game

Cause and effect are two events that are connected. To find the effect ask what happened. To find the cause ask why it happened. The cause happened first, and the effect happened second.

A way that helps me to remember which on is which is the cause happened, so then the effect happened. The key here is so. The cause happened first, so then the effect happened second.

For example, I stubbed my toe and then yelled, "Ouch!"
What happened first is the cause: I stubbed my toe.
What happened second is the effect: I yelled, "Ouch!"

cause , so effect
I stubbed my toe, so I yelled, "Ouch!"
